This role requires a commercially minded professional who can bridge finance and technology, improve business processes and provide practical solutions across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance our NetSuite ERP environment
  • Act as the primary liaison with our NetSuite Implementation Partner
  • Implement enhanced reporting out of NetSuite and assist with training staff to get the most out of the ERP
  • Design and implement business process improvements
  • Design and implement the use of AI technologies within the business to drive operational efficiency

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in similar, senior roles together with appropriate qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with NetSuite ERP implementations, particularly within Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing or Diversified Agricultural business environments
  • Detailed knowledge of the Oracle NetSuite platform
  • Ability to design effective solutions to complex, multifaceted business requirements
  • Ability to envisage the 'future state', its potential functionality, and put the roadmap in place to ensure success
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Recent experience with the design and implementation of AI systems
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail

Operations Manager – Aerial Application

The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated, organised and proactive Operations Manager to play a key role in the delivery of safe, efficient and professional aerial application operations from our Moree facility.

This is a hands-on leadership position with responsibilities across operations management, customer engagement, team leadership, safety and compliance. Working closely with the Chief Pilot and senior management team, you will help drive operational excellence while supporting the ongoing growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to understand current and future operational requirements, maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work with the Chief Pilot and operations team to plan, coordinate and schedule aerial application jobs to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and on time
  • Support pilot and mixer briefings, including job requirements and hazard information
  • Monitor weather conditions and communicate operational updates
  • Assist with aircraft loading requirements and remote airstrip logistics
  • Assist the Chief Pilot and Managing Director with business development activities
  • Recruit, roster and train the ground crew (mixers) team
  • Manage ordering and logistics through suppliers, including fuel and consumables
  • Maintain stock levels and inventory records, including chemical usage monitoring, and liaise with chemical suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
  • Manage and undertake maintenance of ground equipment and assets
  • Manage OHS and compliance obligations
  • Operate a forklift safely when required
