Service and Product Support Technician
WAGGA WAGGA, NSW
The Role:
• Providing ongoing product support to dealerships and customers
• Maintaining strong relationships with dealership teams and help with troubleshooting
• Running product demo's and dealer training sessions
• Piloting new machines to dealers and farms
• Setting-up / assembling select new machines for customers on-farm
• Attending product start-ups for customers
• Representing our products at field days
You will be/have:
• A good understanding of farming practices and the agricultural sector
• At least 2 years of similar experience (product support / servicing / technician)
• A current driver's license

Workshop Assembly Fitters
WELSHPOOL, WA & HORSHAM, VIC
The Role:
• Work in small teams to assist with unpacking shipping containers, assembly, and preparation of new agricultural machinery for delivery to our dealer network and customers
• Work to OEM workshop standards & requirements set by our manufactures
• Machine / Equipment assembly & testing across a variety of brands
• Assist with Warranty repairs and machine upgrades when required
You will be/have:
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work safely, within a busy team environment
• Currently hold Dogging (DR), Rigging (RB) & Forklift (LF) licences highly desirable / essential
• Currently hold a C Class driver's licence
• Experience in the Agriculture Industry desirable
• Applicants with a warehousing / distribution background, mechanically minded with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged.
