The Role: Work in small teams to unpack shipping containers, assemble machinery, perform machine testing, and assist with warranty repairs.
You will be/have:
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work safely in a busy team
- Dogging (DR), Rigging (RB) & Forklift (LF) licences desirable/essential
- C Class Driver's licence
- Experience in Agriculture desirable
- Mechanically minded with strong work ethic

Salesperson – Agricultural Equipment (Northern NSW/Southern Qld)

About the Role: Waringa Distribution is seeking a relationship-focused salesperson with a strong understanding of the agriculture sector, ideally including the dealer landscape in Northern NSW and Queensland. The successful candidate will ideally be based in the region and help grow sales across our premium agricultural machinery range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build dealer relationships through regular branch visits
- Drive direct sales of products not represented by our dealers
- Manage product enquiries, quotes and orders in liaison with the Sales Manager
- Attend product start-ups with dealers and growers
- Promote and organise machinery demonstrations for growers
- Attend field days and grower group events in the region
- Prepare and deliver quotes promptly
- Coordinate OEM visits to major customers with the Sales Manager
- Gather field feedback and images for R&D and product marketing
About You:
- Strong understanding of the agriculture sector
- Ideally familiar with the dealer landscape in Northern NSW and Queensland
- Highly organised, with excellent relationship-building skills
- Willing to travel and spend time in the field

Operations Manager – Aerial Application
MOREE, NSW · Full-time
The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated, organised and proactive Operations Manager to play a key role in the delivery of safe, efficient and professional aerial application operations from our Moree facility.
This is a hands-on leadership position with responsibilities across operations management, customer engagement, team leadership, safety and compliance. Working closely with the Chief Pilot and senior management team, you will help drive operational excellence while supporting the ongoing growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to understand current and future operational requirements, maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work with the Chief Pilot and operations team to plan, coordinate and schedule aerial application jobs to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and on time
- Support pilot and mixer briefings, including job requirements and hazard information
- Monitor weather conditions and communicate operational updates
- Assist with aircraft loading requirements and remote airstrip logistics
- Assist the Chief Pilot and Managing Director with business development activities
- Recruit, roster and train the ground crew (mixers) team
- Manage ordering and logistics through suppliers, including fuel and consumables
- Maintain stock levels and inventory records, including chemical usage monitoring, and liaise with chemical suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
- Manage and undertake maintenance of ground equipment and assets
- Manage OHS and compliance obligations
- Operate a forklift safely when required
