You will be/have:

- Dogging (DR), Rigging (RB) & Forklift (LF) licences desirable/essential

NetSuite ERP & AI Systems Manager

The Role: Project manage the final phase of our NetSuite rollout and drive the transition towards NetSuite becoming our single source of truth. This role will bridge finance and technology, improve business processes and implement practical solutions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage the final phase of the NetSuite rollout
- Support and enhance the NetSuite ERP environment
- Act as the primary liaison with our NetSuite Implementation Partner
- Implement enhanced reporting and assist with staff training
- Design and implement business process improvements
- Design and implement AI technologies to drive operational efficiency
About You:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar senior role, with appropriate qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite ERP implementations, particularly in Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing or Diversified Agricultural environments
- Detailed knowledge of the Oracle NetSuite platform
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Recent experience designing and implementing AI systems
- Ability to design solutions to complex business requirements
- Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail

Assistant Operations Manager
MOREE, NSW · Full-time
The Role: Support the delivery of safe, efficient and professional aerial operations at our Moree Base. You'll assist with day-to-day operational coordination, compliance, logistics and administration while working closely with pilots, mixers, suppliers and clients.
You will be/have:
- Assist with coordinating client applications and operational requirements
- Maintain stock levels, inventory records and monitor chemical usage
- Liaise with chemical suppliers and coordinate orders and deliveries
- Support pilot and mixer briefings, including job requirements and hazard information
- Create and maintain job records within CLASS and Tabula systems
- Monitor weather conditions and communicate operational updates
- Assist with staff training, onboarding and competency tracking
- Maintain quality assurance, compliance and AIMS records
- Coordinate rosters, resource allocation and remote airstrip logistics
- Operate a forklift safely when required and assist with Search & Rescue Watch (SAR-Watch)
- Experience in administration, operations, logistics, aviation, agriculture or a similar field
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and a commitment to safety
- Forklift licence desirable
